Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I'm America

Perinatal Bodyworker & Founder of Song of Touch

Licensed Massage Therapist | Maya Abdominal Massage Practitioner | MLD Therapist

I created Song of Touch with a clear intention:

To offer deeply attuned, body-centered care for women navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and all the subtle in-betweens.

My practice is rooted in the belief that the body holds wisdom — and that, when we slow down and listen, we can find our way back to balance, connection, and self-trust.

The work I offer blends ancestral knowledge with modern bodywork to support the womb, nervous system, and lymphatic system. From fertility massage to postpartum healing, every session is tailored to what your body is asking for — not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too.

Whether you’re on a fertility journey, preparing to give birth, healing after delivery, or simply craving deeper connection with your body — you’re in the right place.

What I Offer

My approach combines intuition with evidence-informed training. I specialize in:

  • Maya Abdominal MassageSupports fertility,  womb alignment, and menstrual health

  • Prenatal & Postpartum Bodywork — Gentle, adaptive care for the body through all trimesters for support and recovery

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) — Enhances circulation and supports detoxification, especially effective  for swelling &  fluid retention that comes with pregnancy

Credentials & Training

  • Licensed Massage Therapist — Arkansas, 2025

  • Maya Abdominal Massage Practitioner — 2024

  • Certified Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) Specialist — 2025

I continue to study and deepen my understanding of women’s health, trauma-informed care, and embodied healing practices. My goal is to remain both grounded in tradition and open to what each body teaches me.

What Matters Most

There are seasons in a woman’s life that ask everything of her — fertility, birth, healing, becoming.

You don’t have to move through them alone. At Song of Touch, this is a space to set things down. To exhale. To be held. Healing doesn’t have to be loud or fast. It can be slow. Quiet. Rooted in tradition and guided by care. This work honors not just your body, but your experience — the emotional, physical, and spiritual layers that come with each phase of womanhood.

This is care that meets you where you are — no pressure, no expectation.

Your body already holds the wisdom. I’m here to help you listen.
